Used Truck Inventory Lot Coordinator at TransChicago Truck Group – Elmhurst, Illinois

We're looking for a Used Truck Inventory Lot Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the Used Truck Sales team by appraising units and coordinating their transportation to the appropriate dealership location.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Appraise trucks being procured by the Used Truck team or traded in.
• Perform walkarounds and document condition, mileage, features, and other details.
• Photograph each truck for CRM and website listings.
• Coordinate with Used Truck team to ensure units are ready to be viewed by customers.
• Assist with or arrange transportation of vehicles with required vendors to dealership locations.
• Record and maintain required documentation for local, state, and federal requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments as needed.
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report all accidents to management.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Education and/or Required Experience:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Valid Class B CDL or ability to get one within first six months of employment
• Comfort working around trucks/heavy-duty vehicles and outdoors in varying weather
• Detail orientated and highly organized
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with use of Microsoft Office software

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation: $45,000 base salary plus incentive bonus for each unit appraised.
