This is a high-impact, senior recruiting role responsible for driving engineering hiring strategy at scale across a global organization. You will act as a strategic partner to senior engineering and executive leadership, shaping how technical talent is identified, assessed, and hired. The role blends hands-on full-cycle recruiting with high-level advisory work, influencing key decisions on team growth and talent planning. You will represent the organization’s engineering talent brand in highly competitive markets, ensuring a premium candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. This position requires strong market intelligence and the ability to navigate complex, senior-level hiring scenarios. You will also leverage data and insights to continuously improve recruiting efficiency and quality. - Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles, from sourcing and outreach through offer negotiation and close, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Partner with senior engineering leaders and executives to define hiring needs, shape role requirements, and influence talent strategy and prioritization.
- Design, calibrate, and continuously improve technical assessment frameworks in collaboration with engineering stakeholders to maintain a high hiring bar.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing market insights, talent landscape intelligence, and guidance on hiring trade-offs and compensation dynamics.
- Use recruiting metrics and funnel data to analyze performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize hiring speed and effectiveness.
- Represent and strengthen the engineering talent brand externally by delivering a thoughtful, consistent, and high-signal recruitment experience.
- Manage complex, competitive hiring processes, including senior IC and leadership-level roles, while successfully closing top-tier technical talent.
- 10+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or dynamic environments.
- Proven success recruiting engineering talent at senior IC and leadership levels, including experience with executive stakeholders.
- Strong track record of closing candidates in complex offer negotiations, including equity discussions across private and public company structures.
- Deep understanding of the technical talent landscape, including role scarcity, market dynamics, and evolving engineering skill sets.
- Strong strategic influence skills, with the ability to partner effectively across all organizational levels, from ICs to executives.
- Analytical mindset with experience using recruiting data to inform decisions and improve hiring outcomes.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities in high-stakes environments.
- Curious, growth-oriented mindset with a continuous learning approach and comfort using AI tools to enhance recruiting effectiveness responsibly.
