We’re hiring a detail-oriented, proactive team member to help keep hospice operations organized, accurate, and on track.
What You’ll Do
- Track orders and follow up—nothing sits unresolved
- Maintain accurate patient records (EMR)
- Support billing through clean documentation
- Manage daily census and workflows
- Coordinate clinician scheduling
- Assist with volunteer coordination (scheduling + tracking)
- Highly organized and detail-focused
- Proactive—you follow through without being asked
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
- Clear, professional communication
- High School Diploma
- 1+ year in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- Comfortable with EMR, Excel, and admin systems
- Full-time
- Onsite in Fayetteville, NC
- Hybrid is possible after competency is demonstrated

Qualifications
Education & Training
- High School Diploma required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Experience
- Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear and professional communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Professional phone presence with strong listening skills
Physical/Environmental Demands
- Prolonged periods of sitting while working on a computer
- Frequent use of phone and computer systems
- Occasional bending, reaching, and movement within the office
