About the Role - Hospice Administrative Coordinator

Support care. Keep everything moving.

We’re hiring a detail-oriented, proactive team member to help keep hospice operations organized, accurate, and on track.


What You’ll Do
  • Track orders and follow up—nothing sits unresolved
  • Maintain accurate patient records (EMR)
  • Support billing through clean documentation
  • Manage daily census and workflows
  • Coordinate clinician scheduling
  • Assist with volunteer coordination (scheduling + tracking)

Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ year in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
  • Comfortable with EMR, Excel, and admin systems
Work Setup
  • Full-time
  • Onsite in Fayetteville, NC
  • Hybrid is possible after competency is demonstrated

Requirements:

Qualifications

Education & Training

  • High School Diploma required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Experience

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Clear and professional communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Professional phone presence with strong listening skills

Physical/Environmental Demands

  • Prolonged periods of sitting while working on a computer
  • Frequent use of phone and computer systems
  • Occasional bending, reaching, and movement within the office
