About This Position
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and professional Lead Confirmation Specialist to join our office team. In this role, you will be responsible for "Second Sourcing"—re-engaging with potential customers who have previously shown interest in our services but haven't yet scheduled an appointment.
You will be the voice of the company, reaching out to leads generated from our canvassing teams, trade shows, and other marketing events. Your goal is to provide value, answer basic questions, and schedule homeowners for a free, no-obligation home basement inspection.
Key Responsibilities
High-Volume Outbound Calling: Place calls to "warm" leads—people who have already interacted with our brand—to initiate the scheduling process.
Lead Recovery: Identify why a lead wasn't previously scheduled and use professional persuasion to highlight the benefits of our free inspection.
Appointment Setting: Accurately schedule inspections for our field team, ensuring all homeowner data is correctly entered into our system.
Quality Control: Confirm contact information and ensure the lead meets our basic criteria for a home inspection.
Follow-Up: Maintain a pipeline of leads, making multiple attempts to reach potential customers at different times of the day.
Requirements
Communication Skills: You must have a clear, friendly, and professional phone presence.
Resilience: You are comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and can handle "no" with a positive attitude.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to navigate basic computer software and enter data accurately while speaking with customers.
Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, collections, or customer service is a plus, but we are willing to train the right personality.
Availability: Ability to work the 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM shift and occasional Saturdays.
