Provides safe therapeutic care in a holistic and systematic way in a high-paced work environment that serves to maximize patient flow by expediting admissions and discharges throughout the organization. Maintains competency to provide supportive care, such as, basic nursing duties utilizing standards, guidelines, protocols, or pathways for care delivery.
