Key Responsibilities

Perform light maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, replace broken switches etc.)Maintain filtration systems by replacing filters to ensure functionalityPerform manual repairs when necessary (fix lock, door hinges, replace gaskets etc.)Assist in the set up of refrigeration and other systems and conduct minor repairs when necessaryCommunicate professionally with customers Follow EPA, safety, and company compliance standardsMaintain tools, truck inventory, and job site cleanlinessParticipate in ongoing technical training and development programsAssist with emergency service calls alongside experienced technicians as needed


Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in commercial maintenance (trade school or field experience welcomed)Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learnValid drivers license with a clean driving record requiredStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or with little supervisionExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to lift up to 50+ lbs. and work in varying indoor / outdoor conditionsAbility to climb ladders, work from heights, and crawl in tight quartersOwn industry standard hand toolsWillingness to participate in an on-call rotation as needed


Compensation Transparency

The advertised pay range for this position is $18-$25 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience level, certifications, skill set, and overall qualifications. Candidates with prior hands-on commercial cooking and refrigeration experience or relevant technical training may be considered at the higher end of the range.
