About the role
- We’re looking for a highly organized, quick‑thinking Administrative Assistant to join our team! This is a multi‑tasking heavy role that supports daily office operations, walk‑in clients, phone management, and service administration. If you enjoy variety in your day and have the ability—or eagerness—to learn a robust set of administrative skills, we’d love to meet you.
Front Office & Customer Support
- Manage incoming phone calls: routing calls, handling supply orders, placing service calls, and fielding general inquiries
- Greet and assist walk‑in clients
- Manage Will Call toner pickups and customer interactions
Administrative & Service Support
- Support service administration tasks, including annual contract work (especially coordinating St. George accounts)
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Assist with scheduling, order tracking, and follow‑ups
- Support general office tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role
- Strong multi‑tasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, data entry systems)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional, positive, customer‑focused attitude
- Ability to learn new software, tools, and administrative processes quickly
- Experience with office phone systems or call routing
- Familiarity with service administration, order management, or contract coordination
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, front‑desk environment
- Experience supporting walk‑in clients or managing customer pickups
