State Farm Agency , located in West Palm Beach, FL, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative - Team Member. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person!

We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Your primary role will be providing excellent customer service to prospective and current clients as well as client retention. This is a customer service focused position.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and focus on client retention.
