Richmonds Air is seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our growing residential service team in the Greater Houston area. This position is ideal for an experienced technician who takes pride in diagnosing systems accurately, completing repairs efficiently, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and thermostats
Perform system inspections and preventive maintenance services
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components accurately
Clearly explain findings and recommended repairs to homeowners
Complete all work in compliance with local, state, and federal codes
Accurately document service calls using company-provided mobile technology
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Uphold company standards for workmanship, professionalism, and customer care
35+ years of residential HVAC service experience
EPA Certification required
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in attics or confined spaces
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
