Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (Catastrophic Injury / Medical Malpractice) – Philadelphia – Hybrid Remote

Job duties:
Work hybrid remote out of Philadelphia office (3 days work from home per week)
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests, legal memoranda, motions, briefs, etc.
- Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions and court appearances
- Take and defend depositions and appear in court
- Participate in settlement negotiations and mediation
- Handle cases from inception through trial
Required:
· Dual bar in PA and NJ
· Recent PI litigation experience (related to catastrophic personal injury and/or medical malpractice)
You should know some of the following:
· Complex litigation
· Serious injury cases
· Medical Malpractice
· Construction / workplace accidents
· Trucking and auto cases
· Product Liability claims
· Catastrophic injury and death claims
