About This Position
Catalyst Dental Allies, LLC, a regional leader in the dental industry, is seeking a senior-level
team member to join their financial reporting team. The role will help ensure that our financial
reporting capabilities meet the increasing needs of our rapidly growing, multi-location dental
services organization. The role will own various aspects of General Ledger, Monthly Close,
Report Preparation and Analysis, oversight of treasury operations, cash management, multi-
location funding and financial planning and analysis, internal controls, and compliance. The
Controller who will fill this important role will possess strong GAAP accounting fundamentals,
the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of multiple account entities’ cash
pooling, and a proactive approach to problem-solving with an emphasis on managing and
maintaining important deadlines within the context of team driven success.
Position Summary:
The Corporate Controller is responsible for leading the company’s accounting and financial
reporting function across multiple operating locations. This role will drive strong technical
accounting implementation for excellent and timely monthly reporting, establish scalable
processes and controls, lead G/L review and audit, and optimize financial systems. The ideal
candidate combines hands-on expertise with the ability to build, develop, and mentor a high-
performing accounting team in a growing, operationally complex environment.
Requirements:Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for all locations, ensuring accuracy,
- timeliness, and consistency.
- Prepare and review individual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with US
- GAAP.
- Lead technical accounting matters including reporting analysis, tax reporting integration,
- revenue recognition, fixed assets, leases, and reserves.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and documentation to support accurate
- and timely reporting, third-party compliance, audit readiness and internal consistency.
- Ensure compliance with lender reporting, debt covenants, and any private-equity reporting
- requirements.
Systems & Process Improvement
- Lead ERP and financial systems optimization, enhancements, and future implementations as
- the company continues to scale.
- Design and implement efficient, repeatable accounting processes that improve close speed,
- data accuracy, and visibility.
- Partner with IT, operations, and finance leadership to improve data integrity, reporting
- automation, and controls.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes.
- Leadership & Team Development
- Build, manage, and mentor a strong corporate accounting team by establishing clear roles,
- responsibilities, and performance expectations across the accounting function. Develop team
- members through coaching, training, and leadership.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration with operations
- and finance leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting with a CPA or CMA strongly preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including shared service center and multi-
- location operations.
- Strong US GAAP knowledge with hands-on technical accounting experience.
- Demonstrated success implementing or optimizing ERP and financial systems.
- Experience in private-equity backed or high-growth environments preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and scale teams.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable operating in a hands-on role.

Additional Information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000 - $120,000.00 per year DOE, with a competitive Benefits Package.
