• This position is full-time and will require someone who can work 37.5 hours per week
• Perform administrative duties such as managing follow up tasks, contacting patients to facilitate next steps in their care and updating the EMR system

• A minimum of 1+ year of professional administrative experience (required);
• Knowledge of sleep medicine and CPAP therapy (preferred);
• Sales experience (preferred);
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail;
• Adaptable, with the ability to understand and apply new procedures quickly;
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills and good time management skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet demanding deadlines;
• Ability to multi-task, assess situations and prioritize tasks accordingly;
• Strong listening skills with the ability to follow direction effectively
