This role is a key driver of client satisfaction and success, serving as the primary liaison for law firm clients across the Mountain and West regions. The Client Success Manager will ensure clients achieve their business goals by providing tailored solutions, onboarding support, and ongoing guidance. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize workflows, resolve challenges, and identify opportunities for expansion. This position blends strategic thinking with hands-on account management, focusing on long-term relationships and measurable outcomes. The role involves regular in-territory visits, client engagement analysis, and proactive problem-solving to drive retention and growth. A strong communicator and trusted advisor, you will influence both client and internal stakeholders to enhance the client experience and support company growth.
Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned law firm clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to develop customized solutions and workflows that address client-specific challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding, lead training sessions, and ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
  • Monitor client engagement and usage metrics, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and product/engineering teams, providing feedback to influence product improvements.
  • Develop strategic account plans, track client success metrics, and handle escalations to maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related client-facing roles.
  • Proven ability to develop tailored solutions for enterprise clients and communicate effectively with C-suite executives.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using CRM, support, and project management tools such as HubSpot and Intercom.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time for in-territory client visits.
  • Legal experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Must reside in Colorado, California, Arizona, or Utah.
