Customer Service Rep at Europa Eyewear – Vernon Hills, Illinois

Europa is currently seeking a motivated, team oriented, full time Customer Service Representative to join its team. We offer a safe and great work environment with competitive benefits and salary. Must be available to work Monday through Friday between 9:00am to 6:00pm.

Some of the essential duties of the job include but are not limited to:

• Enters orders received by phone, email, and fax
• Informs customers of shipping date, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by the customer
• Accepts payments via phone and verifies payment information and amounts
• Forwards information to account receivables for processing
• Tracks orders with UPS or other third-party vendors per customer’s request
• Works closely with the warehouse to ensure proper inventory or parts needed are available
• Consistently demonstrates sincere interest in assisting and proposing solutions to customers
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
