Requirements

• Graduate in Health Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years coding experience in relevant fields.
• Certification in coding (RHIA, RHIT, COC, CCS, CPC).
• Extensive experience with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and MS-DRG assignments.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and revenue cycle operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
