- Develop solutions and make recommendations based on business strategies and stakeholder needs.
- Recommend new products and services to satisfy customer needs.
- Influence and negotiate to achieve business objectives.
- Assist in the development of strategic plans.
- Identify emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
- Support execution of strategic initiatives with stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert on projects.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to integrate business development efforts.
- Ensure operational integrity related to financing documentation.
- Maintain a customer-focused discipline to drive results.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience with a degree or equivalent experience.
- In-depth knowledge of indirect auto lending products and market trends.
- Expertise in regulatory requirements for indirect auto lending.
- Strong credit knowledge and experience.
- Customer pipeline management experience.
- Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
- Experience in change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex situations.
- Competitive salary range: $66,600.00 - $124,200.00.
