Atlantic Coast Mortgage, LLC (“ACM”) is looking for a Mortgage Lock Desk Analyst to join our Secondary and Capital Markets Team. This position will be responsible for day-to-day management and completion of lock desk operations, inquires, and work requests. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Essential Functions:

· Take, enter and manage daily lock volume

· Upload/process existing locked loans

· Review daily pipeline reports and manage lock expirations/extensions/relocks to ensure appropriate coverage
through loan closing and purchase

· Maintain lock documentation, ensuring its delivery and communication to appropriate parties

· Provide exceptional customer service to all internal employees and external partners

Required Skills, Knowledge, Education and Experience:

· 1+ year of experience working with Encompass and PollyEx preferred

· 2+ years of experience working in the mortgage industry preferred

· 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office/Excel

· Ability to build strong working relationships and deliver exceptional service

· Knowledge of mortgage banking operations, pricing, programs, products and procedures

· Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks on schedule

· Strong multitasking, written, and verbal communication skills
