About This Position

Description:

Physician – Interventional Pain Management

Epic Pain Management | Texas

Epic Pain Management is a modern, fast-growing interventional pain medicine practice built around individualized, patient-centered care. With multiple locations across Texas, we provide comprehensive pain management, urgent care, and wellness services in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pain Management Physician (MD/DO) with fellowship training to join our expanding team. We welcome physicians fresh out of fellowship as well as experienced providers who are looking to grow with a practice—not just work in one.

At Epic, we believe in a work hard, play hard culture: we move fast, support one another, celebrate wins, and continuously invest in our people as we scale.

Why Choose Epic

  • Dedicated clinical support: Each physician is supported by 1–2 dedicated Medical Assistants who also function as scribes, significantly reducing daily charting and administrative burden so you can focus on patient care—not paperwork.
  • Growth-oriented environment: We are actively expanding, offering long-term career growth, leadership opportunities, and the ability to help shape the future of the practice.
  • Physician-first operations: Streamlined workflows, efficient scheduling, and strong operational support.
  • Collaborative culture: Work alongside executive leadership, physicians, APPs, and wellness professionals in a true multidisciplinary model.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation with productivity and performance-based incentives
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including:
  • 4 weeks PTO, 80% employer-paid medical insurance (employee), optional low-cost dental and vision insurance, and malpractice coverage
  • Additional benefits such as pet insurance, legal services, and identity theft protection
  • Employer-paid CME and ongoing professional development
  • A chance to make a meaningful impact by restoring function and improving quality of life for patients

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain, including spinal, neuropathic, and accident-related conditions
  • Perform interventional pain procedures such as:
  • Nerve blocks, epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, radiofrequency ablations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Utilize minimally invasive, evidence-based approaches to optimize outcomes
  • Provide same-day care for urgent patient needs when required
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation (with dedicated scribe support)
  • Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
  • Stay current with advances in pain management through continuing education

Build your career. Grow with us. Practice pain medicine the Epic way.

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Fellowship training in Pain Management
  • Active Texas medical license
  • Strong communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to ethical practice, compliance, and patient safety

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in both clinic-based and procedure-based pain management
  • Interest or exposure to wellness or integrative medicine services
