- Manage calendars and inboxes for multiple executives prioritizing high-impact tasks.
- Coordinate and facilitate leadership meetings and quarterly business reviews across time zones.
- Lead cross-functional projects and events, ensuring effective planning and execution.
- Organize travel logistics for executives including accommodations and transport.
- Manage confidential and time-sensitive information with integrity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote an innovative and engaging team culture within a remote setting.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance workflows and operational efficiency.
- 4+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a tech-centric environment.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful team offsites.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Slack.
- Familiarity with tools such as Workday, Navan, and Zoom is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and thoughtfully.
