- Maintain effective customer service for all internal and external customers
- Communicate effectively with consumers via all channels including telephone, email, chat, and social media
- Problem-solve in a professional and effective manner
- Attend training classes to stay current on customer service procedures & practices
- Generate reports to show social networking growth and areas of improvement
- Analyze trends in customer reviews and social sentiment for actionable insights
- 2 years experience in retail customer service
- 2 years experience in an office environment
- 1 years experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
