- Source, screen, and recruit top talent across Canada/US for a broad range of roles, including Corporate, Sales, IT, and Manufacturing.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from workforce planning and candidate engagement through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates, including LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective, compliant hiring strategies.
- Lead regular stakeholder meetings to provide guidance on recruiting best practices and labour market insights.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable Canadian/US employment legislation.
- Bachelors Degree or higher AND four (4) years of recruitment experience in Corporate, Agency, or RPO.
- High School Diploma/GED AND eight (8) years of recruitment experience in a relevant environment.
- Ten (10) years of experience sourcing and recruiting talent across multiple job families.
- Experience recruiting in the Canadian market with knowledge of provincial labor laws.
- Experience using Workday Recruiting or similar ATS.
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative partnership skills.
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) recruiting practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
