Expert Bookkeeper - Full-TimeIndustry: ManufacturingSchedule: Monday to Friday
Goal: A U.S.-based manufacturing company is looking for a Full-Time Expert-Level Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations, including cost accounting, invoice verification, and reconciliation. The successful candidate will work closely with the internal Chief Bookkeeper and be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency across several platforms.
Key Responsibilities:Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processesMonitor vendor communications and ensure accuracy of all invoices for 2024 and 2025Perform bank deposit and credit card entry into QuickBooksAssist with monthly reconciliations, under the review of the Chief BookkeeperFile and organize digital records and transaction logsConduct cost accounting this is a non-negotiable requirementUse Amazon and Target portals for order and vendor documentationMaintain accurate Excel-based financial recordsSupport inventory management, valuation, and adjustments (preferred but not required)
Required Tools & Platforms:QuickBooks (must have advanced proficiency)Excel (including formulas and data validation)Amazon & Target vendor portalsGeneral bookkeeping and reconciliation tools
Qualifications:Proven experience as a senior or expert bookkeeper, preferably in a manufacturing or product-based businessStrong knowledge of cost accounting principlesExceptional attention to detail; must be comfortable verifying large volumes of financial dataHighly proficient in QuickBooks Online/DesktopFluent in English both written and spokenExperience working with inventory is a strong plus
Communication & Collaboration:You will work closely with the companys internal bookkeeping leadMust be proactive, organized, and reliable in daily communicationTraining will be provided, but prior experience with all listed tasks is expected
Technical Requirements: USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature Working Webcam Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
