- Serve as the technical owner of the website, managing frontend code, CMS configuration, and template architecture.
- Build, maintain, and enhance reusable components and page templates, ensuring responsive and accessible layouts.
- Partner with marketing teams to implement UX and conversion rate optimization improvements, including forms, CTAs, navigation, and booking flows.
- Execute tracking and analytics setup using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and advertising platform pixels, ensuring accurate data collection.
- Implement technical SEO initiatives, structured data, and schema, and resolve website issues to improve search performance.
- Support website integrations with marketing tools, chat widgets, scheduling systems, and other third-party platforms.
- Perform QA testing, maintain documentation, and ensure website governance, stability, and continuous improvement.
- 7+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer, Web Engineer, or Webmaster supporting marketing or product teams.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including responsive and accessible UI development.
- Hands-on experience managing websites within CMS environments, particularly WordPress.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and other tracking technologies.
- Working knowledge of technical SEO and ability to implement SEO strategies defined by SEO leads.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe tools, and virtual collaboration technologies like Zoom.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under shifting deadlines.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when necessary and maintain a productive remote workspace.
