Key Responsibilities:
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring your on-site team
- Driving resident satisfaction, retention, and community engagement
- Managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Marketing available units and working with the marketing team to execute creative leasing strategies
- Overseeing maintenance and inspections to ensure top-tier standards
- Enforcing Fair Housing regulations and company policies
- Processing applications, conducting move-ins/outs, and managing lease agreements
- Collecting rent and documentation with precision and professionalism
- Acting as the primary liaison with leadership, vendors, and housing authorities
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in multi-family property management
- Class A or luxury apartment experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A knack for problem-solving and independent decision-making
- Familiarity with property management software (Yardi preferred)
- Solid understanding of budgeting and financial reporting
- Availability to work weekends as needed
- A warm, approachable, and motivated attitude that sets the tone for your team
