Key Account Specialist (Food Broker)
Affinity Group is seeking a sales-driven, business development influencer to be our next Key Account Specialist to spearhead growth in our Western Pennsylvania market. This is a great opportunity for a passionate professional with an entrepreneurial spirit. This position will be reporting to the Market Manager.

- Participate in food shows
- Deliver impactful sales presentations and consultations to drive market sales growth
- Manage sales pipeline and ensure CRM data integrity
- The typical work week: Monday through Friday
- During the food trade show season, the position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, with the ability to safely lift case goods (up to 50 lbs.)
- Travel (Driving): Position requires daily motor vehicle travel to assigned locations. The candidate must possess an active Driver’s License and a clean driving record
- Weekly Planning & CRM Documentation
- Maintain an active sales pipeline through prospecting and follow-ups.
- Engage foodservice operations with food application ideas and menu development.
- Support product presentations, market events, and trade show participation.
- Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Build strong relationships with operators, distributors, and internal teams.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with all stakeholders.
- Attend all scheduled team meetings and provide timely updates.
- 3-5 years in foodservice sales or operations preferred; culinary experience is a plus!
- Strong ability to connect with professionals at all levels
- Creativity in recommending menu ideas and a deep love for the culinary world
- A driven, proactive approach to client relationships
- An associate or bachelor’s degree
- Experience with CRM systems
