- Partner with leaders to enhance team effectiveness, performance, and accountability
- Diagnose organizational friction, identify root causes, and recommend actionable solutions
- Advise on organizational design, role clarity, and structural decisions
- Support workforce planning, headcount prioritization, and people budgeting
- Coach managers on performance management, feedback, and leadership development
- Leverage people data to uncover patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Lead or support change and transformation initiatives, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Collaborate closely with People Operations to balance operational compliance with strategic intent
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in fast-paced, scaling, or transformation-focused environments
- Strong ability to advise senior leaders on organizational performance, design, and change
- Experience supporting transformation, restructuring, or organizational change initiatives
- Commercially minded with solid business acumen
- Skilled problem-solver, capable of identifying root causes rather than symptoms
- Confident coaching and influencing leaders constructively
- Expertise in organizational design, team structure optimization, and performance management
- Change management experience and ability to drive successful adoption of initiatives
- Working knowledge of employment law (US, UK, or Europe)
