- Schedule and coordinate interviews across teams and time zones, ensuring accurate and up-to-date calendars
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and guidance
- Maintain accurate interview plans, candidate data, and documentation within the ATS
- Anticipate the needs of candidates and interviewers, providing thoughtful and timely solutions
- Collaborate with recruiters and the Recruiting Operations team to improve workflows, efficiency, and candidate experience
- Support projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing recruiting operations and strengthening inclusive hiring practices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process, ensuring consistency and high standards
- 1+ years of recruiting, HR, or operations experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and able to ramp up quickly with available guidance
- Experience supporting or improving recruiting operations and processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect across all levels of the organization
