Department: Administration Reports to: Senior Construction Administrator
Job Type: Regular Part-Time Work Hours: M-F (2-4 days/week)
Effective Date: April 2026 Exemption Status: Nonexempt
Salary: $25.00 / hour
Benefits: Workers Compensation insurance provided. This position is not eligible for the benefits/insurance options offered to Regular FT employees.
Role Summary: Summer seasonal work with the administrative processes to streamline administrative office functions, leveraging AI capabilities.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Essential Functions:
· Streamlines administrative office functions
· Leverages AI capabilities to become more efficient at:
o Underwriting new opportunities
o Estimating
o Budgeting
· Generates reports
· Performs other common administrative workflow tasks
Minimum Required Education/Credentials/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
· Understanding of/experience in homebuilding administration
· Experience using AI to improve documents and processes
· Understanding of workflows
· Communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate
· Organizational skills and attention to detail
· Experience with MS Office products
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
Work Environment: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
