- Analyze claim operations, service, and fulfillment processes to identify high-impact improvement opportunities
- Monitor usage trends, anomalies, and measure the impact of new product features on operational efficiency and user experience
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and dashboards to ensure accurate, actionable insights for cross-functional teams
- Translate complex analyses into compelling narratives, visualizations, and recommendations for stakeholders
- Partner with Analytics, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize claim intake, adjudication, and fulfillment workflows
- Evaluate and iterate AI-driven solutions to enhance agent performance and maintain stability of claim interactions
- Support a data-driven culture by documenting methods, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and GitHub
- Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and data modeling frameworks (e.g., DBT)
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present insights to diverse audiences
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Intellectual curiosity and creative problem-solving in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Practical experience with agentic AI systems in production is a plus
