Position Summary

The Collision Center Receptionist plays a key role in supporting daily office operations by handling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks. This position reports directly to the Collision Center Manager and Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries, and transfer calls to appropriate staff
  • Schedule appointments for customers and team members as needed
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate department or individual
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with billing processes and answer customer questions regarding charges
  • Maintain organized and accurate files, including customer records and billing documentation
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

  • Pay: $18-$22 an hour, based on experience
