The core responsibilities of this role include: This role is responsible for performing thorough audits on both inbound and outbound freight to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements. The position includes conducting detailed document audits using iAuditor, as well as verifying that all products and orders are correctly counted, free from damage or infestation, properly labeled, and aligned with all specified order details. Accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality standards are essential in this role.

Position: Cycle Counter
Shift: 1st Shift / Monday-Friday 6am-2pm
Pay: $20 per hour
Additional Incentives: N/A

The working location of this position will take place at the overflow facility at 300 Gateway Parkway, Roanoke, TX.

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately inspect, count, and verify products and documentation.
  • Experience with quality inspection tools or software, including iAuditor or similar audit platforms.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations related to inbound/outbound freight, order accuracy, and product handling standards.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills to record findings, escalate issues, and maintain audit accuracy.

Role Purpose:

Responsible for the periodic and accurate counting of inventory to help control errors and will ensure that customer orders are on time and complete

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the accurate checking or counting of all product for both inbound and outbound freight and for ensuring all product is free of damage and infestation and production code dates are properly recorded.
  • Ensure the quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing of orders corresponds to customer specifications and/or other requirements.
  • Research all inventory location problems (mystery pallets, inventory errors, etc.).
  • Research shipping errors and complete validation. Check for product recalls.
  • Responsible for any areas (including inbounds, picking, outbounds, etc.) requiring additional lift operator-related task assistance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
  • 6 months warehousing/material handling experience, preferred
