What you’ll actually be doing:
This is a hands on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for the overall success of the store.

• Leading and developing a team of assistant managers and store associates
• Creating a positive, high performing team environment
• Making hiring decisions and supporting onboarding and training
• Overseeing daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient store
• Managing inventory, ordering, and merchandise levels
• Working with vendors and planning promotions
• Monitoring financial performance and store results
• Building schedules that keep the store properly staffed
• Staying aware of market conditions and local competition
• Ensuring a strong focus on customer service across the entire team

What we’re looking for:
• Strong leadership skills and ability to develop a team
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Professionalism in decision making and day to day operations
• Comfortable using computers and basic systems
• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree or retail management experience preferred

• On your feet throughout much of the day
• Some lifting, up to 50 lbs
• Bending, reaching, and moving around the store regularly
