Job duties:
Work hybrid remote.
We have offices in:
· Uniondale (Long Island)· Manhattan / New York City· Albany· Hackensack (NJ)· Newark (NJ) Our firm has about 80 attorneys currently. We are looking for Associates and OF Counsels throughout our New Jersey and New York offices.

• Handle depositions, court appearances, and motion practice in state and federal courts.
• Advise clients on strategy, risk management, and insurance issues.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents with precision and clarity.
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional client service.

Required:· NY or NJ bar· Recent insurance defense experience You should know some of the following:· General, Premises Liability· Trucking & transportation, Auto· Construction Litigation / NY Labor Law· Toxic Torts, Products Liability· Insurance Coverage
