What You’ll Do
As our IT Business Systems Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. You’ll partner across departments and with vendors to optimize performance and enhance the user experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary liaison with our core banking system provider
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements for performance and security
- Act as a subject matter expert on business applications and system functionality
- Support system implementations, improvements, and regulatory updates
- Administer user access and ensure proper security controls
- Assist with disaster recovery planning and testing
- Develop documentation, training materials, and user guides
- Provide responsive support and occasional after-hours/on-call assistance
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who is both technically strong and highly collaborative.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting business applications (financial institution experience preferred)
- Associate degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Bonus points if you have experience with:
- Jack Henry (Episys, Synergy, ProfitStars), MeridianLink, LoansPQ
- Q2, Visible Equity, Alogent, Baker Hill
- Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Genesys platforms

Additional Details
- Onsite position with potential for Hybrid work arrangement – 3 days onsite
- Occasional evening/weekend work as needed
- Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone for business use
- Subject to compliance with all regulatory requirements (BSA, OFAC, etc.)
Salary $59,000 - $68,500
