As an Account Executive focusing on the Financial Services vertical, you will lead the charge in revolutionizing how the world’s most influential companies communicate. You will act as a strategic advisor to mid-market and enterprise clients, designing bespoke CPaaS solutions that solve complex customer experience challenges. Accountabilities:
  • New Customer Acquisition: Drive the full sales cycle for new business, taking responsibility for meeting and exceeding incremental Account Contract Value (iACV) quotas within the Financial Services sector.

  • Solution Design: Lead highly analytical and consultative sales processes, matching customer technical requirements to the capabilities of the communications API platform across SMS, Voice, and Email solutions.

  • Contract Negotiation: Partner with internal Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to architect mutually beneficial contracts that address complex customer requirements while maintaining business health.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a cross-functional leader by collaborating with Product Management, Carrier Relations, and Solutions Engineering to develop long-range territory strategies and sales plans.

  • Market Intelligence: Serve as the "voice of the customer" internally and stay current with CPaaS industry trends to present complex financial and technical details to prospects with high confidence.

  • Sales Operations: Maintain a healthy and accurate pipeline and sales forecast utilizing Salesforce, ensuring all data reflects the current state of deal progression and territory penetration.

Requirements:
  • Sales Experience: At least 5 years of full-cycle sales experience, including a minimum of 1 year managing or leading quantitative, highly analytical products or solutions.

  • Technical Expertise: Proven track record in selling technical SaaS or CPaaS solutions, with a deep understanding of outbound prospecting into both install bases and greenfield accounts.

  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex business forecasts and financial models, using data-driven strategies to identify opportunities and prove value to stakeholders.

  • Communication & Influence: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to navigate conversations with both business and highly technical leaders.

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: An appetite for defining processes, building programs, and delivering results at scale for enterprise customers.

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent number of years of professional experience in a related field.

  • Industry Domain (Desired): Experience in highly quantitative industries such as DevOps, Fintech, advertising optimization, or investment banking is a significant advantage.
