Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Engineer to join the Asset Management Data-Driven Insights team. This role focuses on building and enhancing a robust data analytics engine that drives lifecycle insights, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will transform complex asset and ServiceNow data into actionable insights, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions while improving data integrity and reducing manual effort. A strong quality-first mindset and focus on data accuracy, performance, and testing are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze large volumes of AMDB and ServiceNow data to identify lifecycle trends, root causes, and optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and visualizations for operational and strategic insights.
  • Translate complex asset and ticket data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Improve reporting processes through automation, data validation, and standardization.
  • Collaborate with Asset Management and Technology teams to enhance data quality and streamline workflows.
Required Technical Skills
  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, including:
    • Power Query
    • DAX
    • Data modeling
    • Performance optimization techniques
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets
  • Experience integrating and analyzing ServiceNow data
  • Ability to design clear, executive-ready dashboards and visualizations
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven)
  • Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
