Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Creative Direction, UI/UX Design, or related senior design roles.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale, high-visibility website or digital product redesigns.
  • Experience presenting to and collaborating with C-Suite or executive-level stakeholders.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of web design principles, responsive frameworks, front-end constraints, and accessibility standards.
  • Strong leadership experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent business communication skills, with the ability to balance high-level vision and hands-on execution.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, brand strategy, and customer-facing product design.
  • Bonus: Experience in ed-tech, enterprise digital products, motion design, CMS platforms, usability testing, or certifications in UX and accessibility.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate, negotiable based on experience.
  • W2 contract with benefits eligibility and 401(k) after 6 months.
  • Remote-first work environment with flexible scheduling.
  • Opportunities to lead high-impact, globally visible projects.
  • Professional development and mentorship opportunities.
  • Access to collaboration tools, resources, and a creative, supportive team culture.
