Webb Construction is hiring a Project Engineer to support the execution of high-end, architecturally driven residential projects.

This role is not administrative support. This is a development role designed to train and elevate the next generation of Project Managers.

You will work directly with leadership and field teams to manage the systems, documentation, and coordination that keep projects running with clarity and control.

Webb Construction is a residential construction management firm focused on custom homes and large-scale estate renovations.We take on a limited number of projects and execute them at a high level, working closely with architects, designers, and discerning clients.

• Managing RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Maintaining Buildertrend with accurate, up-to-date information
• Supporting the Project Manager with budgeting, change orders, and cost tracking
• Coordinating with Superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors
• Tracking procurement and long-lead items
• Assisting with scheduling and ensuring alignment between field and office
• Organizing and maintaining project files, logs, and communication records
• Supporting client and design team communication with accurate information

• 25 years of experience in construction, engineering, or project coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Proficiency with construction management software (Buildertrend preferred)
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

• Full-Time Monday to Friday
