Hotel Assistant General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning

- Support the management of departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance

- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction are consistently met or exceeded

- Assist in developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and standards

- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue management, and cost control

- Lead, motivate, and develop staff to foster a positive and productive work environment

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and urgency

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote hotel services and increase occupancy

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar hospitality leadership role

- Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest services, and financial management

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems effectively

- Knowledge of hospitality software and property management systems

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
