The Portfolio Marketing and Partner Enablement Manager will lead the development of customer- and application-centric messaging, translating complex product strategies into clear narratives and partner-ready content. This leader will oversee enablement programs, campaign toolkits, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistency, clarity, and measurable impact at scale. The role requires leveraging AI-driven tools to accelerate content creation, refine insights, and optimize partner engagement. With responsibility for managing and mentoring a high-performing team, this position will drive adoption of strategic narratives across channels, elevate partner experience, and enable commercial growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, dynamic environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute the channel content and enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities, new product introductions, and partner needs.
  • Develop customer- and application-centric narratives and toolkits that clearly communicate product value and business impact.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and regional teams to aggregate, refine, and adapt content for global scalability.
  • Lead partner and sales enablement programs, including training, sales plays, and readiness materials to ensure adoption of messaging.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop partner enablement specialists, fostering a culture of clarity, creativity, and impact.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, insights generation, and narrative refinement while ensuring effective and responsible usage.
  • Define KPIs and monitor engagement, content adoption, and enablement effectiveness to continuously optimize strategies.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in portfolio/product marketing, channel marketing, or commercial enablement.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts into customer value and application use cases.
  • Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools for messaging, insights, and content creation.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable partner and sales programs.
  • Experience developing partner toolkits, enablement content, and go-to-market narratives at scale.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
