BRG’s Ai Department is seeking an AI Infrastructure Senior Engineer to lead the development of our Virtual Ai Lab initiative. Following the successful completion of Phase 01 (physical Ai Lab build-out), this role will focus on creating a virtual access layer that makes our high-performance Ai Lab remotely accessible to teams across BRG. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable infrastructure to support processing 100,000+ documents daily using state-of-the-art LLMs from OpenAI and Anthropic.

About The Role

The AI Systems Architect leads the design of the overall architecture for the BRG AI platform. This role ensures that infrastructure, AI pipelines, data systems, and applications work together as a cohesive and scalable system. The architect sets the technical direction for the AI Lab and guides engineering teams in building systems capable of processing massive datasets and enabling advanced AI reasoning workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall architecture of the BRG AI platform

• Design large-scale document intelligence and reasoning pipelines

• Establish engineering patterns and architectural standards

• Guide infrastructure, application, and data engineering decisions

• Ensure scalability, security, and performance across AI systems

• Support complex problem-solving across AI platform components

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience building distributed systems, platforms, or AI infrastructure

• Strong system architecture and software engineering background

• Experience designing AI pipelines or ML platforms

• Deep understanding of data engineering and platform architecture

• Strong Python or backend engineering experience

• Good English written and verbal communication skills
