This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic project oversight with hands-on content creation in a fast-paced, innovative environment. As a Project Manager / Content Manager, you will own the end-to-end marketing calendar, coordinate cross-functional campaigns, and ensure alignment between product, compliance, and design teams. You will also take responsibility for producing, editing, and publishing high-quality content that communicates complex digital products clearly and effectively. The role requires both operational discipline and editorial precision, enabling smooth campaign execution and engaging communication for a global audience. Success in this position comes from balancing structured project management with creative content strategy, ensuring impactful delivery at every stage.
Own and manage the full marketing calendar, planning multi-channel campaigns across product launches, platform updates, educational initiatives, and promotional activities.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Compliance, Legal, Design, and Operations, to ensure timely and aligned execution.
Define project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and monitor execution risks, proactively removing bottlenecks.
Produce, edit, and publish high-quality content such as blog posts, platform announcements, newsletters, and educational materials, maintaining accuracy and brand alignment.
Manage content strategy and publishing workflows, optimizing for clarity, SEO relevance, and target audience impact.
Prepare post-campaign performance reports and executive summaries to measure outcomes and inform improvements.
Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure messaging accurately reflects platform functionality and regulatory positioning.
Requirements:
3–5+ years of experience in marketing project management, content management, or a hybrid strategic role.
Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams in regulated or product-driven environments.
Strong understanding of digital products, trading platforms, or financial services.
Excellent written and editorial skills in English with exceptional attention to detail.
Highly organized, process-oriented, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
Experience with CMS platforms, content publishing, and marketing reporting frameworks.
Ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments and take ownership of outcomes.
