This role is a strategic leadership opportunity focused on driving retention, expansion, and long-term customer success within high-value enterprise accounts. As Senior Manager, Renewals – Select, you will lead a team of senior Renewal Account Executives, guiding complex negotiations and managing multi-million-dollar agreements. You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal teams to align commercial strategy and execute a disciplined, data-driven renewal process. The role requires a strong commercial mindset, executive presence, and the ability to coach sophisticated deal-making while ensuring operational excellence across extended renewal cycles. You will directly impact revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of a critical business segment. Lead and develop a high-performing team of senior Renewal Account Executives managing strategic enterprise accounts.
Drive retention strategy, ensuring high renewal rates and expansion within the Select segment.
Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and risk mitigation to maintain visibility into long-term renewals.
Coach and support complex, high-value negotiations, including direct engagement with executive stakeholders.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to execute strategic account plans.
Establish structured deal reviews, inspection rhythms, and renewal best practices across the team.
Maintain CRM hygiene, data integrity, and comprehensive tracking of renewal activities.
Requirements:
6+ years of quota-carrying experience in renewals, account management, or Enterprise SaaS sales.
3+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing, quota-carrying teams.
Proven success with complex enterprise agreements ($500K+), including negotiation and multi-threaded deal execution.
Executive presence with experience engaging Director+ and C-level stakeholders.
Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making skills, and operational rigor.
Experience partnering cross-functionally to resolve commercial and contractual challenges.
Salesforce proficiency required.
Highly organized, independent, and able to operate effectively in high-stakes environments.
