$200,000 plus at plan earnings
Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire a dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Nassau-Suffolk region.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals and drive business growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within your team.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve customer experience.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management for decision-making purposes.
