Do you love working with kids and creating unforgettable experiences? Team Sheeper is excited to welcome energetic, caring Camp Counselors to our Camp Programs at Rinconada (Palo Alto), Burgess (Menlo Park), and Belle Haven (Menlo Park)!
Reporting to the Head of Camps, Camp Counselors play a vital role in shaping each camper’s experience—leading engaging activities, building connections, and helping kids grow in confidence, creativity, and teamwork. Counselors are positive role models who help create a fun, supportive, and safe camp environment where every child can thrive.

Responsibilities:
- Lead campers to ensure safe, well-run activities for children in a fun environment
- Know the daily activities; keep to the schedule for each activity or game
- Initiate and suggest new activities that would be fun and enhance campers' experience
- Set up and clean up camp each day in a safe, efficient, and cooperative manner
- Promote safe behavior among all campers, and assure the highest standards of safety
- Be a professional and responsible representative of the company
- Other duties as assigned

- Must be at least 15 years old
- Capable of managing your own schedule and communicating with management
- Attend trainings as required
- Comfortable swimming and participating in Open Swim with campers
- Experience as a camp counselor and/or working with children is highly preferred
- Demonstrates a passion for working with kids and having fun
- Must be enthusiastic and show your camp spirit!
- Able to interact with children in a clear, positive manner
- Reliable and able to attend shifts regularly
- Must be able to commit to at least 4 week-long shifts Monday-Friday
