What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Sr. Specialist, Digital Ads to join our growing retail search team. The ideal candidate has experience developing, implementing, and optimizing paid search in the CPG and/or Grocery verticals on Google and the major retail.com platforms (Instacart, Samsclub, Walmart, Target, Kroger, etc). Qualified candidates will combine the necessary technical knowledge with an ability to develop new ideas, translate client needs into in-platform actions, communicate ideas and progress internally & externally, and make sure we are always doing everything we can to exceed client goals.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Sr. Specialist, Digital Ads to join our growing retail search team. The ideal candidate has experience developing, implementing, and optimizing paid search in the CPG and/or Grocery verticals on Google and the major retail.com platforms (Instacart, Samsclub, Walmart, Target, Kroger, etc). Qualified candidates will combine the necessary technical knowledge with an ability to develop new ideas, translate client needs into in-platform actions, communicate ideas and progress internally & externally, and make sure we are always doing everything we can to exceed client goals.
What you will be doing:
- Implementing account plans and schedules while keeping budgets on pace and optimizing for performance.
- Informing the internal team how the accounts performed, what we have tested, and what we plan to do next.
- Hands-on management and optimization of ads in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and retail.com platforms.
- Ensuring testing schedules are up-to-date on all accounts, learnings are being applied throughout each account, and that tests & ideation focus on the areas with the highest potential returns.
- Creating ad-hoc reports that are not only accurate, but also include the data that’s most important to client performance.
- Verbal & written communication with the client. Occasional on-site work sessions are a possibility.
Who you are:
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on digital advertising experience is required. 1+ years of retail.com paid search experience is preferred.
- Experience working with sophisticated, demanding clients and client accounts, with a proven ability to translate client needs into in-platform actions.
- Experience creating and explaining ad-hoc reports
- Ability to find the story within the data. Not just the “what,” but the “why.”
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills, with a desire to work with a team of driven professionals.
