As a Senior Consultant, Tracking Strategy & Insights, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients to realize the full value of their tracking programs. You will combine deep expertise in brand health and advertising effectiveness research with strategic storytelling to turn data into actionable business decisions. This role involves leading multi-category or multi-country tracking initiatives, facilitating workshops, and delivering executive-level insights that influence marketing, product, and category strategies. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, drive adoption of modern research principles, and contribute to organizational change management. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will also support product development, operational efficiency, and go-to-market initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing, analytical, and strategically impactful environment.
- Lead complex tracking programs, maintaining high-level engagement with client stakeholders and executives
- Define research objectives, scope, and methodologies to ensure long-term client success
- Facilitate workshops to refine research inputs and translate findings into actionable business strategies
- Drive client adoption of innovative metrics and insights integration into organizational strategy
- Deliver compelling, executive-level presentations and recommendations to influence strategic outcomes
- Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships and support pre-sales initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and support product innovation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Brand Health Tracking, either client-side, agency, or research technology platform
- Expert understanding of quantitative market research methodologies, particularly continuous brand health and advertising effectiveness
- Strong knowledge of modern marketing science principles (e.g., Ehrenberg-Bass Institute frameworks)
- Proven ability to build trusted executive-level relationships, lead workshops, and present persuasively
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex, multi-wave data into strategic insights and narratives
- Excellent communication, organizational, and client management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing, and strategic consulting environment
