About This Position
The Medical Innovation team sits within the Product org and plays a critical role at the intersection of clinical science, technology, and patient experience. This group works cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, Clinical Research, and Commercial teams to turn medical insights into real-world tools that extend care beyond the visit. Their work spans everything from bringing clinical voice and rigor into the product development process, to designing and validating AI/ML tools for real-world use, to leading strategic initiatives that make care more connected, personalized, and effective.

- Experience bridging medical topics with confidence to non-medical colleagues, and the ability to represent the clinician perspective in product and strategy conversations.
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments where speed, ambiguity, and ownership are the norm.
- Strong cross-functional leadership, clear communication, and excellent judgment.
- A builder’s mindset: you can work autonomously, create clarity in ambiguity, and ship meaningful outcomes fast.
