Job Description

Lead BCBA, LBA

Horizon Blue ABA started with a commitment to serving Medicaid families across New York City, communities where access to high-quality ABA has never been guaranteed. We built our model around that reality: clinical decisions driven by what each child needs, providers who have the time and support to do their best work, and a team that grows with intention. Most of our BCBAs have worked with families in their homes. Now we're taking the next step, opening our first clinic in the Bronx, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of building it from the ground up.

That means coming in before the structure is set and helping to create it. You'll launch a summer program serving children ages 3 to 9, establish how supervision and mentorship work on the ground, and develop the family relationships that will define what this clinic stands for. Over time, this role grows into leading a team of BCBAs. Clinical decisions here will be driven by what each child needs, and that takes a BCBA who is skilled, direct, and serious about building something that holds up. The opportunity scales with the work, and the people who help build this will have a real stake in what it becomes. If that's what you're looking for, we'd like to hear from you.
