What You’ll Do:
- Provide superior customer service to walk-in and phone customers
- Answer questions and guide customers through our products and services
- Assist walk-in customers with service explanations and account support
- Learn how to fill propane cylinders (20lb BBQ tanks to 100lb cylinders — training provided)
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer accounts
- Manage inventory for service parts and supplies
- Keep the office clean, organized, and welcoming
- Support your team and jump in wherever needed

You’ll Thrive Here If:
- You have at least 1 year of customer service experience
- You’re detail-oriented, organized, and great with people
- You’re eager to learn and grow in the fuel and propane industry
- You’re comfortable lifting propane cylinders (20lb frequently, 100lb occasionally)
- You’re tech-savvy and quick to pick up new systems
- You bring a positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork

Job Type & Pay:
- Full-time
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
- Commission Pay: Additional earnings available through inside sales and customer conversions (posted wage includes commission potential)
